HBTV stands for Hawkes Bay Tourism Ventures, which is a limited company with the sole aim of exploring, highlighting and enhancing the bountiful potential that Hawkes Bay has to offer the tourist, visitor and the Hawkes Bay population at large.

   HBTV.co.nz is but just one arm of this company who's goal is to utilies the growth of the internet sector to create an easy accessable and informative one stop shop or "window" which enables the viewer to gain a small taste of what is out there within the bay for them to enjoy and persue. Within the matrix of info in this site, there are services that enble the viewer to gain material and goods and areas to add input by way of forums and feedback. Thus they are already part of the Hawkes Bay experience.
    HBTV has also identified the need to highlight some of the key landmarks within the Bay. We have given special attention by way of "boutique" websites for Cape Kidanppers and Te Mata Peak, to cater for that special places that these hold and thouroughly deserve.
